Return and Refund Policy

At IndieDress, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return and refund policy lasts for 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

• The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom-made Products

• Please note that all products are handmade from raw fabric and are tailored to your required size after receiving the order.

• There is no guarantee of exact color matching after washing due to the nature of hand block printing.

No Returns for Color Issues

• Returns will not be accepted due to color discrepancies.

• Colors may appear slightly different from the images shown on the website due to camera resolution and professional photography lighting.

Returns due to Size Issues

• Returns are accepted for size-related issues only.

• Items will be replaced after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• We only offer exchanges if the item is defective or damaged.

Shipping Returns

• You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Important Note

• Product dispatch will take 2-3 days as we prepare the handmade items in your required size.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
